I have an interview with a McKinsey recruiter for a cyber role. Anyone have any insight into what I should expect from the very first round or what the interview process may look like as a whole? Coming from a non-MBB background..

After taking on senior level work for some time and being denied pay increase or title change, I’m moving on. Have 2+YOE in paid and organic social and 1YOE as a creative manager

Although I have lists of action items and projects accomplished but not many other metrics besides media budget spend

Software test automation engineer 4.5 yoe

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?

I have been going on interviews and noticed 2 department heads already assume I was laid off or fired due to a 4 months gap. I explained I left my last role due to short term health issues that have been resolved. Not even sure how to respond when they assume. Any advise? Thanks!

But in 29 of nov show two status on ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume shotlisted and previous it shows evaluation in progress.What it mean?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question that’s kind of silly. I work at a pretty small company leading marketing. My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better. Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.
