I would go with a softer sell than some of the posters above.
Something along the lines of “Even though I have several people within my quarantine bubble who are at a higher risk of complications from Covid than most, I would still be happy to attend an in-person interview, but would like to know what social distancing protocols will be in place so that I can prepare accordingly. Specifically, would it be possible to ensure that masks are worn and 6 foot distances will be maintained if the interview will take place indoors?”
This is less presumptuous than some of the other suggested approaches while still clearly communicating your message.
And it has the added bonus of telling you a lot about your potential employer if they either cannot confirm or confirm in the negative.
I hear you AC1, but my take is that this communicates that message clearly if they don’t respect the “polite” ask, I would suggest that the more haughty and presumptuous “please confirm you will be doing the following . . .” ask won’t yield a different outcome.
We all have our preferences, but I’d be uncomfortable with the “presumption confirmation” approach, and the tone of it would run me the wrong way if I were an employer even if I had the desired protocols in place.
And most lawyers are paid to recognize these kinds of subtleties, so you really aren’t leaving much on the table here, especially since nothing would prevent a follow up along the lines of “Thanks for that information. Given my situation, would it be too much to ask that mask wearing and physical distancing protocols be observed?”
Also, as noted above, the response will add a layer of understanding about the people with whom you may be working.
I recognize that reasonable people that can see this differently.

Due to COVID I’d prefer to do this virtually but would be open to an in person interview if you can confirm x,y,z steps are in place to maintain safety and social distancing
Congrats on the baby!

Thanks 🙈 I’m very excited!

Update: I asked the recruiter who arranged this interview to determine whether safety practices were in place. She confirmed there would be masks and social distancing. When I got to the offices, I saw about 50+ employees, no masks in sight. Masks were not worn when I interviewed.
The interview went very well, except for when the CEO asked me where I lived, and then asked if I’d consider selling my house to move closer to the office. It is currently a 30 minute commute. I am not taking this job.
Thank you foe the update!
Just a quick tangent - if the CEO is making choices like this already, do you really want that for a boss?

A question I am also considering, and am going to get more information from the recruiter on how seriously they’re taking the pandemic. My firm is remote until at least May and has handled this responsibly; I dislike being a full time litigator but really value the responsible leadership at my current job.
“I assume that all safety measures are being taken and observed?”
A different tack would be to express concern for the CEO. Along the lines of “I am regularly exposed to people who may be at higher risk for acquiring COVID. I try to do all I can to protect others and want to make sure it will be acceptable to wear a mask and maintain six feet of distance.”
Where are you located??? HR is allowing this without giving you the option of virtual?

In PA, I am getting information through a third party recruiter and have a follow up call scheduled to determine whether other safety measures will be in place.
I’m so sorry to hear this.
I’d approach it this way: “I’m pregnant. Will safety measures be in place”.
Maybe use a proper British accent. I’ve found it gets me a lot more respect.
