Yup! In a small town and it’s paying off well! Ranch style condos, mostly retirees live in the neighborhood. I purchased two for 74k each.
It took A LOT of research. Flew to the town, toured the property, wrote a check on the spot and hired a property manager.

This is a very common method to get started in residential investment. The timing and cashflow will depend a lot on the specific property and the location of the “tiny town” you may have in mind. You’ll want to work with an agent with investment portfolio expertise so they can run the cashflow numbers for you. Send me an email and I can help provide additional resources for you!
