I have attended an interview for a java developer role in Publicis Sapient on the 13th Sep .it went for 2.3 hours and I didn't get any rejection email so I called HR yesterday and she said she does have any updates.

In career status is interview.

In how many days do they call for the 2nd round or I'm silently rejected?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I applied to a lead project specialist role with Deloitte about a month ago and my app is still pending and waiting review. I’d asked an acquaintance for a referral prior to applying also. I tried to see if LinkedIn listed the recruiter for the role but don’t see any reference. Any recommendations for touching base? Did I get lost in the shuffle? I am a certified project manager with more than a decade of experience.

I have been given P30 but it was no where in my offer letter, I was under an assumption that I will be going as a Manager but this is not a Manager role, I am having 10+ years of experience

I have been interviewed on 23rd April and was asked to upload documents on the same day. From that day my application status is Review in Progress. Does anyone have any idea till when I can expect call from HR.

I’m interviewing with a startup and the range has a 40k difference from the lowest to highest point. It’s also pre-seed and comes with equity, and health, 401k benefits. It’s a director of sales role so I would eventually be recruiting and managing a team along with building the processes and strategy. What would you consider a fair compensation package? If they offer me something on the lower end of the range, is it still appropriate to counter with an offer that is over their stated range?

Amazon recruiter reached out and wants to know my general compensation expectations before first interview. Very little info available on role but seeing $150k-$250k total compensation reported. Is this too wide of a range to give them?

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Under contract to buy my first home - house hacking a triplex. Property has been leased by the same three tenants for the last 5+ yrs, rents haven’t been raised since they moved in. Fishes need help. Wife works in HR, she was put on PIP. She is fairly certain that she will be let go; hence is thinking of resigning instead of trying getting terminated . 2 questions -
1. Her notice period is 90 days vs 30 days of pip. Will she be released at the end of PIP period (even if she does well during PIP)
2. More important - when you resign during PIP, what shows in your background verification - terminated or resigned ?
