So I’d say the real thing to note it’s a delivery center position. Which has pros and cons. You’re expectations are much different than a traditional consultant and much better WLB but compensation is lesser. I say it’s a good move if your background isn’t that impressive and you want to get a name brand on it. Transferring to core is highly unlikely so if you want to be a traditional consultant keep that in mind

As an early career role, it isn't bad to get the experience. As D2 mentioned you'll need to apply to a vacant position to move out of USDC.
USDC Solutions Analyst... I'd estimate $65k-$75k... but someone else might have a better estimate.
