I have been offered a FT as a senior strategist Apple in their MarComm dept. As a London based British citizen eligible for EB-1 visa ( when I last checked with immigration lawyers) - they now want me to share “a copy of work authorization document”. I currently work across Europe without a work authorisation document as I travel across customer cities, don’t stay more than a week. Why do Apple need “a copy of work authorization document” to get green light to proceed? Anyone else faced similar?

Hi Everyone - Need some insights. My PERM process was started by company in Feb’22 (currently awaiting wage determination, submitted to DOL in May’22). Its been months and DOL is working on requests from Jan’22. My H1B expires for good in Oct’23 (with all the recapture). Is there any chance I’ll have my PERM completed by then? I’m a Junior product manager with a Master’s in Healthcare Management. I feel like the current company that I am at has my title as JPM, but I am doing PM work i.e creating product roadmaps, collaborating across stakeholders (business, marketing, design teams), creating user stories/features, etc. and I feel like my work isn’t being valued and I’m constantly being micromanaged by business teams expectations.
