I have discovered the unethical conduct of a manager. The company business is insurance. The manager had a staff member auditing a company which may have over-reported their premium. Consequently, the staff member left the department and the audit was never completed. The manager verbally asked one other staff auditor not to touch the file. After a few years, I picked up the file and finished it with a significant refund. This is mainly because the manager left the department.
