USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI

I’d move to BCG if you don’t mind the hours….simply for the prestige and the personal location change. Depends on what you value though and if you want wlb and comfort

Depends where you are relocating - London, maybe, North Korea, prob stay put
From where are you moving? US to Madrid? Wouldn’t do that if you are dependent on a us visa and want to be there long term
If you were unsure why waste both of your time getting to the final rounds?
Moving to an entirely new country is a huge commitment. If I wasn’t a native, have family there, or wasn’t already planning on moving to said country, then I wouldn’t take the offer
I would move and work for BCG. That prestige is worth it. I would also move only because living in another country is absolutely mind blowing from a personal level.
Assuming you’re single, can easily relocate between countries, can speak Spanish and are wanting / open to working in another country.
I’d caution about it because you’re heading into the hard mode: your new job probably require long hours yet in the limited personal time you have to deal with a lot more: a new environment means apartment hunting, shopping for new supplies, making new friends. There will be moments of regret or even more because you are currently happy at your job.
If it’s the overseas location you like, can you ask for that at Accenture? And also ask for a pay raise? Problem solved.
