I have practiced a lot of cases and am fairly confident. A BCG recruiter reached out to me to ask me when we can schedule an interview. I haven’t spent time in practicing for the fit/behavioral interview. How much time do you think I should ask for? I can essentially put in ~2 hours of work on a weekday and ~5-6 on the weekend

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
