I have recently entered the Management Consulting world (previously in accounting) and would like to obtain a few certifications to learn more about the ins and outs as well as to distance myself from the accounting world.

Which certs should I get and which should I start with?
This is my current tentative plan as of now.
Current Year: Scrum Master and ProSci
Next Year: Agile and LSS
3rd Year: PMP and LSS

Please do let me know if this is an unrealistic schedule/any other feedback! Thank you!

If you get scrum master and agile, you’re going to attract tech implementation projects. Maybe this is PTSD from my experience at Deloitte, but something to be cautious of if you think EY is selling a lot of tech work. Nothing wrong with tech, but the point of consulting is to do different things and with shorter durations.

PMP is good. So is LSS.

Consider getting experience with Python and Tableau.

As someone who’s been on nothing but tech implementations - stay away 🥲

I would do PMP before Agile, but that's just me

If I'm not wrong PMP requires 3 YOE? I do not have that

I was a Manager at a Big4 doing PM fed work earlier this year. I decided to join a small firm to pursue cloud sales. However, the position is extremely technical in nature and I'm required to speak tech ( kubernetes, openshift, CICD) to potential clients.
While I have learned from the exposure, I dont intend to continue in a tech role & looking to exit. I'm thinking of Customer/ Partner Success Manager roles with one of the CSPs. Are there other non tech cloud exit opps in industry to consider?
