If you get scrum master and agile, you’re going to attract tech implementation projects. Maybe this is PTSD from my experience at Deloitte, but something to be cautious of if you think EY is selling a lot of tech work. Nothing wrong with tech, but the point of consulting is to do different things and with shorter durations.
PMP is good. So is LSS.
Consider getting experience with Python and Tableau.
As someone who’s been on nothing but tech implementations - stay away 🥲
I would do PMP before Agile, but that's just me
If I'm not wrong PMP requires 3 YOE? I do not have that
