I have recently interviewed with an organization that scored very low on Glassdoor. They then went on to not give me a salary range for the role saying”we want people to want to work here and not people that are focused on money”. Firstly, I do not think that approach applies anymore. Secondly if I am called for a second interview should I address the low scores and what they are trying to do to fix this? I am unsure and would love an alternative view.

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Would love advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before. It’s tough to get them to take a risk on me

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
