I have SAP IBP implementation experience with quite big companies. As new tools like O9 or Kinaxis are getting market traction, is it good option to pursue career in SAP IBP? Also how much salary I can expect in US with 2-3 implementation experience over last 4 years?

I'm at an early stage tech start up and gaining experience in an industry that I like. However, I am getting no formal training or sales coaching. Everything I've done so far (Inc. Targeted marketing and prospecting) has been self taught and I feel like I am lacking professional knowledge if I was to move onto a different company, especially considering that I am not involved in the full sales cycle.

Work ex: Total 4+ years. ( 2+ post mba, 2 pre mba)

I am not able to justify the designation to myself. What are your views? please help me rationalize if I was lowballed or not.

26M, I have 4.3 yoe with Big data tech stack(AWS,Spark, Hadoop etc). I received offer from EY for 18 LPA. I also have an offer from Deloitte for similar package. I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?
