I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

I have been treated for anxiety as well. What has helped me over the years is to reframe in my mind that an interview is just as much YOU interviewing them as it is them interviewing you. They should be trying to impress you and win you over with how great the company is.
It’s possible to have a bad interviewer too. Now that I have interviewed people myself I have more perspective that neither side is easy.
I honestly don’t overprepare for interviews like I did when I was younger and if the conversation doesn’t flow naturally then I know it’s not a good fit for me anyway.
I completely agree with your approach. I had a similar situation but incorporating the above mentioned steps really changed a lot of things for me as I remember being really anxious to the point I got anxiety attack in the middle of the interview and had to rush to bathroom because of anxiety induced diarrhoea but now I gave interviews to three of the big 4 and nailed everyone single one of them. I guess I realised if it meant to be then it will be. I will be 100% natural and myself.
If you want to do a mock interview on zoom or something, I’d be happy to.
I used to have severe social anxiety in this situation and would stumble over answers or blank in interviews. One thing that helped me tremendously is that I would prepare answers beforehand that could be applicable to different types of questions. I would write out the main 6-10 questions I anticipated on flash cards and then wrote my answers on the back of them. Then I’d practice so many times that I’d mostly memorized them, and then just tried not to sound like I was reciting a memorized response in the interviews. I was still nervous but felt so much more prepared having answers and examples in mind. This has worked really well for me. Good luck.
