I have two offers; Adobe and HubSpot. The role from Adobe is the same level, HubSpot is a promotion. Adobe requires relocation, HubSpot is fully remote. I think the Adobe role would have worse work/life balance due to the team I would be joining, HubSpot does not. The Adobe role would be working on AI, HubSpot would not. Both are working on marketing automation software. Assume compensation is equal. Which company do you think is better positioned for the long term? Which would you take?

Work ex: Total 4+ years. ( 2+ post mba, 2 pre mba)

I am not able to justify the designation to myself. What are your views? please help me rationalize if I was lowballed or not.

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.

We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills.
