6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
