Recently, I received a BTOP USA rating, which I believe does not reflect my actual performance. I am being advised to look outside without clear written feedback or an improvement plan. About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I’m already getting anxious and can’t have a full night rest with the worry of not finding a project soon and eventually getting laid off.
