I joined cognizant in March 2022 as an associate. My current YOE is 6.5 years. When should I tell to my manager for promotion as a sn associate as I am already having 6+ experiences now. Need Suggestions.

2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. I accepted a new job, they said PTO was “generous.” I find out it’s 19 days a year of PTO (which includes sick days). I have two young children and we like to vacation 1-2x a year (no more than a few days away each time). Am I crazy that this is pretty limited time off? 8 of the normal holidays off during the year (working the week between Christmas and NYE). Thoughts? I dont know if lack of PTO is a good reason to back out, is it?
