Has anyone had any experience interviewing with Meta for any Administrative Partner roles? I have a interview Tuesday from 1pm to 3:15pm with 4 leaders. Each leader gets 30 mins. I am nervous. I am very confident of what I am bringing to the table. It’s a remote position and I know the job market for EA is flooding. Does anyone have any pointers? What’s the work life balance like? How did your interview go? What are some red flags to look for? How long was your process?
I have an upcoming interview with other EA’s for a EA Business partner role with Amazon. Can a company find out if you start to work for another company? Also, is it really a conflict of interest if you work for both companies in the same position, but the companies are in a different field (e.g. pharmaceutical and social media)?
I am currently looking to break into pre sales through a SE role. I’ve gone through a few interviews but am struggling to make traction, I think due to my lack of hard technical skills. Would love to connect with anyone they may have made a similar transition from management consulting to pre sales. I have 2 years of experience in SaaS sales but that was about 4 years ago. Thanks!

SWE with almost 2.5 YOE. I was laid off from my previous job at the end of July and accepted a new position for 115K, no performance or sign on bonus. Is this a good salary for a full stack SWE with my experience or should I have asked for more? They offered 110 and I negotiated to 115, I also have unlimited PTO.

I would really appreciate some suggestions for roles that I should be applying for. I recently started my MBA though I'm still having trouble landing interviews and think I should be applying for different roles than I have been. My MBA concentration is global business, my BS was in management with a minor in professional writing. I've been working in cosmetics mainly on the customer service side, currently senior support for the CS team and have experience doing CS on social media.

Currently a young Engineer, who just started their professional career. In the next few years I’d like to transition into sales, for SaaS or Medical (since I’m relatively technically inclined). Should we start a forum to discuss customers that have horrible procurement directors? I feel like we should be able to warn fellow sales professionals of traps, tricks, and just overall waste of time.
My current company just completed an acquisition. At first it seemed fine, but now they're referring to it as an acquisition/merger - should I be worried about my job as I'm part of the foundational sales team? The other company is mostly sales and marketing. If this is really a merger, I'm not sure what to expect...
Does your job email a bunch of hoorah emails congratulating reps on sales? It just becomes a bit annoying and demotivating especially when it’s the same person at times.
Has anyone worked in Sales at Samsara? I’m being interviewed for a Mid-Market position and the OTE is 170K which seems a bit low. The recruiter said most mid-market reps are making well into 200K with stock options and what not, with some top performers getting to 300K. Is this realistic because I’m not seeing that on glassdoor at all. I’m also interviewing with several other companies for similar positions targeting 220K with bases around 110K. I’m not sure I can go back to a base under 100K.
My quota is based on invoiced sales that resets quarterly. This includes a sliding-scale commission % based on how far you’re at on your quarterly goal (towards quota) which is checked/paid once a month. The only thing that goes toward our quota is PAID sales. This excludes orders still being processed by DE (largest orders) and customers still within NET payment terms. We don’t get paid until the company gets paid. Am I missing warning potential? Am I being expected of A and judged on B?
Looking to break into sales with a good company. Been hard to transition into the sales field from athletics. Would love to have a referral if possible for a BDR or SDR position.
