I just applied to Salesforce for a BDR role. I don't have a Bachelor's but I have more than two years of BDR experience at Paychex as well as an Associates Degree in Business Admin. I personally messaged a recruiter on LinkedIn about my values and why I want to work for Salesforce. No response. Anyone else apply or those of you that work there, what are your tips for breaking in?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

How do we get others to join Fishbowl? There are currently only 15 of us from the company and we have about 2000 employees now.
