Has anyone used Smart Asset for lead generation?
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Where are you in life? Single and trying to grow salary? Worth it. Married and comfortable? I'd rather have the time back.
Being on call 24/7 for something that's not a matter of life and death is a bad idea. You should never have agreed to it, and you should get it adjusted ASAP. I mean, you need time to sleep. It's not like you're an emergency room surgeon or something.
I'd ask what the expectation is for your sleep schedule to accommodate this demand. 24/7/365 is wild

4/7 on-call stress isn’t just about dollars — it’s about sustainability. Some folks see six figures as enough, others need serious hazard/onsite pay or extra PTO to make it worth it. At $200k, I’d personally start negotiating for boundaries or compensation
