Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

I think if they gave you the person’s name then they were opening the door for you to contact them. So I’d do it!
Do it. People look up former associates all the time.
Do it!!
I actually did this and it saved me from walking into a nightmare job
Agreed. Go for it. I would say, hey I’m interviewing for your previous firm and would love to chat about your experiences there. Then let them open up and see what they say.
Do it
Do it. I did this with an in-house role and found out that he didn’t quit because of “personality differences”, he quit because the CEO refused to listen to him and lied on a SEC disclosure.
