I just got an offer from Microsoft (SAP software engineering role) for $135k base, $75k/4yr RSU. Target bonuses bring TC up to ~$195k max, not including the $10k signing bonus. I’m currently an SC with 3 yoe making ~120k base + ~$10k bonus last year.

The Microsoft role sounds more technical than I’d like it to be. I enjoy the client facing aspect of my current role and would lose that at Microsoft. Do I take the job anyway for the large bump in pay?

I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).
I have to decide on the first offer by Thursday but I haven’t heard back from the second yet. Thoughts on next move?

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.
No communication courtesy, just randomly calls up. Any thoughts on What might be going on? Is this how gartner process works?

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Guys, wanted to get your thoughts. Currently a M at Big4. Have three offers. Two of them are from consulting firms for SM/ Director level and one from Amazon for a Sr. TPM. SM roles pays ~45% more than my current base. Amazon pays ~25% more in base but with bonus, take home almost doubles for first two years. Then in third and fourth year stocks kick in. Leaning towards Amazon but wondering if getting the SM role and track to PPMD worth considering
