How to tackle gap periods in IT interviews?

Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?
Anyone From cvent tech team here?

Listen to your gut. I waited too long and my biggest regret is not listening to my gut. You know when you know.
You usually know. I got that same bad feeling about my current job from the first week there still have that job a year later. The vibes were off from day 1. I now have seen some truly awful things. Partners yelling at one another in front of us, crazy hours, public humiliation of anyone who they are upset with that week, etc. That first week all I had were vibes. Now I know. Trust your gut
I’d found firms willing to hire me that first month or two I had the new job, but when I’d been there for 3 months it was seen as a red flag to jump elsewhere. I should’ve left while I could’ve. Now I’ve been told I haven’t been at my firm long enough to jump
Thank you everyone for your kind advice. I am reaching out to a recruiter and aiming to jump as soon as possible. We really do have to trust our instincts and not feel trapped into a bad situation. Appreciate the support
High attrition rate for associates, below market pay, public partner strife, staff that doesn’t seem to work collaboratively, little to no guidance or mentorship, and there’s this unnamable feeling that I have gotten every time i interact with someone who has been there a long time… like they know they are in hell and have accepted it?
No, and I could totally see how it would look like that based on my description, but it’s another place that I have a growing suspicion is much like that place
It's been a month. That's way early and a red flag unless you're going back to your old firm. What bad vibes? Be general, so they don't know it's you.
I wish I had listened to my guts and never accepted the offer in the first place or started looking within the first couple of months when I realized it was a mistake. Instead, I forced myself to stay at least a year because I thought it would look bad like I did not do enough to make it work or look like a job hopper. The vibes were off from the interview and day 1, which I could not explain. But every week I saw new evidence and it kept getting worse and worse. My physical and mental health suffered as a consequence, and I was fired before I could land another position… Please listen to your guts.
If you have other options, jump now and don’t put it on your resume.
I’ve temped at several firms and you can sometimes tell within a few days if the firm is a problem—like if they have screamers, mass disorganization of cases and files piled everywhere, not paying you properly (like reducing your pay/title/role but still having you do the same work), disputing your billed hours to shortchange you, associates constantly leaving, etc.
I am a firm believer in finding another job if you’re unhappy or the work environment is toxic. People try to convince you to stay at least a year, but, I’ve left in less than a year twice and am currently working my almost dream job. Side note, the second time I left a job in less than a year I went back to my old firm. So the experience at my old firm sort of merged together when other places looked at my resume.
