I lateraled to a firm during the raise wars. I'm coming from a not close to market salary to AM100. I signed on to the old market salary scale and still receive old salary scale. I don't know many other associates yet, but supposedly others have received the bump. I haven't seen a firmwide memo on ATL or anything to verify. How best to approach this, if at all?
