I made a stupid decision biking to the suburbs today. 🙈 They’re not used to cyclists and I experienced a left hook where I had to purposely fall in the opposite direction of the car to avoid something more serious. Luckily it’s only my knees (and my gel manicure 💅😅) that suffered a relatively minor impact at 15mph. Could’ve been worse.

A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Easier to organize w/o her but that’s not a solution.

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

Anybody ever have trouble getting back on the bike after a fall? I seem to have a mental barrier to wanting to ride now. Not fear, just lack of desire.

My regular (road) route in New Orleans is on the levee along the river. It’s flat and not very eventful, but fine. It got me thinking about the most beautiful and fun rides I’ve been on. The Mt. Tam Loop in the Bay Area has to be my favorite ride on the planet (this far). Unmatched combination beauty, challenge and super entertaining. What’s your favorite ride??
