I moved into my apt during the pandemic last summer and got COVID price of $2800 for 2 bedroom that I share with my partner in a prime area of LES. The other bedroom we use for his office. It’s a newly renovated building too. Got an email asking if I’d like to renew the lease with the same rate for another year. Is this rare? Have other people been offered the same to keep the same lease price? I wonder if it has to do with the delta scare and people possibly wanting to leave NYC.
