It generally starts around now (or has for the past 8 years or so). It used to start later, but as Amazon started prime days, other retailers had to compete. This lead to circle week, way day, and whatever Walmart does (I know they have something this week just not sure of the name).

Yeah but I feel like this every year. Honestly I'm not a huge consumer, I really don't shop much and I always kind of put off shopping for holiday gifts until the last minute, so I just kind of ignore the early holiday marketing. It is totally insane to be advertising as early as September though

Former Walmart associate here-
We do a LOT of sales at Walmart, mostly on Walmart+. It's to attract more customers who aren't able to get into the stores for one reason or another. Every year since we rolled out Walmart+, we've even had two black Friday sales. One online and one in store. It's never too early to get ahead on the holidays.

Does having planned time off nullify a full time employee’s ability to use the C19 sick leave if they become sick just prior to the planned time off? Pretty new here! Great news ..JOB offer …however the company is lowballing salary ..I informed recruiter Amount was not acceptable …sent off the salary requirement letter …. Nail biting ..Why waste my time again …she didn’t know the budget… so we proceeded forward, her reply ..advised me to talk w hiring team but in final interview there was no opportunity to speak abt salary w hiring team ….Have to say I enjoy the posts & it’s a decent networking site!!

Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!
