How’s everyone doing?

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Sometimes yes. It ll be fluid. I think it’s great to always have the option of NOT traveling for every small little thing. But yes for a workshop - it’s good to be in person .
I think it depends - I've actually found we're able to get more done faster through zoom with our client, and don't have to restrict it to whoever can be there in person in the same time zone.
We actually had an incredibly successful 3 day workshop with 30+ clients across an industry that, had it been in person, would have probably been less effective.
As long as folks realize there's some cases where it works better in person and some cases where it works better virtually, I think we'll end up with a happier overall balance that gets the most value out of our time.
Well not go out to normal, didn’t say it would no travel anymore.
