I started out as a data analyst and got thrown into product management on a project out of necessity. Fast forward 3 years and I'm still on this path, though less and less willingly. Thing is, leadership doesn't seem to care what I want anymore, they just want to use me where I'm needed. Is there any way to go back now or am I stuck? I don't want to leave the company, I love it here I just don't like what I do.

I do not live in the state that I grew up in/went to college in so most of my connections are law-school related. Even if I did, I grew up in a blue collar town so any connections I do have there wouldn’t materialize into a client base. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
