How much does a CD make in Budapest?
In an effort to be bold, I think
Are you talking to people? If you are waiting around for someone to notice... they won’t. But if you speak to someone about your bandwidth concerns and needing a partner, a decent agency will have a grown-up conversation with you about it
Yes, I flagged it many times, the response was: oh, yes, we are getting people involve in the project soon. But it never happened. Still waiting for assistance.

I dont know where you work, but thats insane to have a mid filling in for a CD.
Have a convo with your creative resources manager, ECD or CCO. Respectfully let them know you love all the opportunity you’re getting, but that you feel a little overwhelmed. Unless they’re sociopaths, they’ll help you out

Definitely not usual. Im sorry that sucks. Try to get out of that situation
Also 15 days straight is like missing one weekend btw. That is somewhat normal for being busy in advertising. Once you hit your third weekend in a row, or if this is chronic, that’s when it’s more understandable to raise a flag
As you should! Valuing the balance is important. But just saying that sometimes there are gonna be busy stretches where 15 days in row won’t make people gasp out loud if you were to say it with hopes of having them be shocked on your behalf. Sadly in our industry sympathy doesn’t usually kick in until the third missed weekend
It's not normal. 12 projects at the same time is normal. 😂 Definitely cry uncle to your senior management (early and often) so they get you help.
Hahaha will do!
Point out to the higher-ups that it is in their best interest to provide quality deliverables to the client. Your goal is to do that, and you need help to achieve it. People often seem to forget that if something goes wrong, the entire company suffers.
You're right, thanks for your insight!
This happened to me with 1 big project as a junior and I had a mental breakdown
So sorry to hear this! I want to prevent that happening to me

You need a leadership figure. Ask for it.
It’s not. Your ECD or CCO shouldn’t have let this happen. They should hire a person/freelancer as a stand in when your CD is out on paternity leave.
