I want to exit auditing. I am currently a Senior (L5) at BDO. I want to buy and run my own business in 5 years time. What is the best course of action or industry/job to do over the next 5 years for me to gain more skills and build up capital? Management consulting?

Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

So I just moved to consulting after B school, and It's more money than I've made my entire life. After paying for rent and living expenses, I have 6000$ left over every month. My student loan payments are about 1200/month at 7% interest. I still owe another 95K on my loan. I have the option to pay more every month and reduce my overall interest paid.
