1. Do we get allocation bonus and org bonus in notice period( I am currently in project and they won’t release me from project)
2. 50% of First month salary will be withheld but about second month salary?
3. What if I don’t work beyond my work hours (10 to 7) or on weekend during notice period, what will happen?
4. What documents should i download before they freeze my official email id?
5. Any way to shorten the notice period any buy out option?

I’m being taken advantage of with being thrown so much work and really don’t see my salary increasing to be in line with my coworkers doing similar work. I’m a consistent high performer - management reviews tell me that much.

I am being tapped to translate documents at work. I’ve done spot translation audits, and 1 larger Quality assurance document earlier this year, but was recently contacted about a potential large-scale translation initiative for next year.
