You can certainly ask your new job for that lead time and explain that you are their only staff member and you want to ensure a smooth transition so that you can focus on your new job responsibilities with the hiring company after you leave. It may even be a good test of the company, but then again, they may just be like, nah, we have someone who can start in 2 weeks...
I agree with LP1 with the exception of you shouldn’t feel obligated but it’s really kind of you to be that considerate.
When interviewing, ask the hiring manager the urgency at which they need to fill the role. Some will allow you 3+ weeks if they can. Some may need someone sooner. If they want you enough and know you’re the right person for the job, they will do their best to accommodate in my experience.
Don’t get hung up on that or do that to your detriment. If you’re able to, that’s very generous. If you can’t, move on and don’t feel bad about it.
