So how I can achieve that and what is the current need of the market in 2025 , that will help me to grab a good position in a prod based company.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

I’ve been having some mental issues lately and have no idea if it’s due to my HRT.
If I take .75 of estradiol I still have hot flashes. If I take 1.0 I feel either numb or depressed constantly.
I feel like I’m bearing this battle alone as my Physician’s seem like experimenting with dosing is my only option.
I’ve also consistently done intermittent fasting for two weeks, exercise 5x per week, and am eating better all to lose a whopping .5 lbs. SMH

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. (1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.
