I want to switch to a DevOps role. I don't hold relevant experience. I only have one AWS certification.

Can someone please let me know what exactly do I need to work on to switch? There are so many things - Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Unix Python ...an so on.

How is it possible to get better in all of those. Any suggestions on what is the basic path for DevOps would be appreciated.

What exactly will I be doing in DevOps role.

Any thoughts on quality of life, etc. when jumping from PA to big law? The money looks to be a lot better in big law but there is more to life than money. I have smaller kids.

In the process of interviewing for a strategy/Corp dev position at an activewear/athleisure company and they want me to think of a couple tangential industries that may have companies for acquisition and do a write up. We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. How to put in a skill in resume that I have learnt recently but did not do any commercial projects using it but trying to apply for an opening that asks for x+ exp for that skill.
