I was interviewing w a FAANG company and was moved on to the 2nd round, before I told them I wanted to withdraw my application (didn’t think it was a good fit initially) However after a few months of thinking, I think it may be an okay gig after all (I really hate consulting). Anyway I can apply again or restart the process or am I SOL here?

Made it to the Technical Assessment portion of the interview process. Need to take brand elements and create an ad using photos, fonts, logos, etc. Seems super easy and there’s not much actual designing involved. But assuming it’s supposed to be and they just want to see I can follow the brand guidelines. They’ve seen plenty of my actual design work and we’ve discussed what I’ve done in my career. I’ve typically been asked to design something from scratch. Does that sound right?

Goal within next 3 years is to get into Brand (client) side at the Manager level. Recently accepted an Account Director role with 40% salary increase at another agency. HR from a brand-side Associate role JUST got back to me with 3rd interview after a month. Did the interview and think I’ll get offered the role. It’s contract and 10% salary decrease but has huge growth potential as it is a smaller company with a lot of exposure to higher ups. Which would you choose?? Help!

Currently passed the 4 virtual interviews but stuck in team matching for a PgM role. Anything I can do at this stage to improve my team match chances? Can I identify teams proactively from outside job postings and route to my recruiter? Background: original role was filled prior to me clearing onsite virtual interviews.
