TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Lucky if you already have an offer letter in hand just enjoy the rest period
I know one months extra salary would have added up but take it in a positive side and just enjoy
When we resign the liability is on us to serve the notice period. On the other hand the employer has the option to consider the full notice period or release as per their requirement within the notice period. You should ask the org for which you have the offer to give you early joining. In most cases they happily agree.
What's the problem, you have offer right, contact ther new employer and reschedule joining early. Ask them if they can give early joining bonus.
Can't do much. Try to call your next employer and try for early joining bonus.
They will have to give you money in lieu of notice period days. Please ask for 3 months salary
No it dosent worj that wau. Once you resign you lose the right over the notice period. It may be 90 days or more however the company has the right to not enfore it on you. The fact that you are on bench justifies their descision from a business perspective. Ethically you are in the right side though.
Can't do much here
Same to same mere, shat bhi huva.
When you resign , its upto employer's discretion when they want to realese you .Max to be end of notice
Anyway you will get your June month salary in FnF settlement.Dont worry. If you have the offer join the new company immediately.
This is bad but think it other way if other employer is accepting early joining then you are into hiked salary earlier than original plan. Hope your new employer accepts early joining. All the best
Good for you. Ask for joining bonus in your new company
I don't think so if the employer does not want u to serve notice they have to pay u salary for the notice period if they gave u earlier release
No
They should provide you 3 months salary or the notice period even if you resign
No you don't get
Is it HTC ?
Yes
When I was working in HTC, one of my friend resigned and he was asked to leave the next day.
Read offer letters properly . Company will pay 3 months pay only if they terminate you or ask you to resign. In these cases the clause applied will be " when employee resigns ".
And as per employee resigns clause employee will have to serve 3 months notice or pay 3 months amount to company . In resign clause no where its mentioned company needs to pay .
These people write clauses such a way that it will benefit them
Suggest you read your offer letter carefully it should state clearly that the company can choose either to make you serve notice or pay you salary in lieu of notice
Ask bonus from next company as you are available immediately
This is great. Even if the you do not get joining bonus. You can surely get early joining. So increased starts today which means you already are in profit.
You can't do much because you have given resign from your own.
Even I am in such dilemma I got an offer and I am on bench in my current company now god knows when they will release me.
