Now I am willing to switch into Consulting domain but not getting any leads, also daily I'm applying n numbers of company on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed but not a single light of hope I'm seeing.
Can anyone please guide me, how should I approach to a company. It'll be a great help indeed Jacobs CDM Smith JPM

If you’re not interested, don’t waste your time or theirs.
Thank them for their time then tell them you’re happy at your current agency and aren’t ready to leave just yet. Then say you’d like to stay in touch for future opportunities down the road.
Even if that last part isn’t true, I’ve found it softens the blow.
Agree with ASD 1, if you know that it’s not right tell them you appreciate the opportunity but that it’s not quite the right fit for you at this time.
Maybe a little💰would make you more interested.
I agree. Always take the call. You never know. But once you have determined it’s definitely not for you, bow out gracefully.
I always go all the way till the end even if I know I’m not interested. It’s a good way to see how much the company offers. Down the line they’ll remember me if they ever need freelance.
Nothing wrong with letting them know you’re not interested after the first call.
There’s also nothing wrong with putting the onus on them to sell you on it. I take interviews all the time where I’m uncertain or just unsure of what the job even is. It’s actually a great position to be in because I don’t care if it isn’t right but it puts them in a position to win me over.
Agree not to waste their time. Just say you’re happy where you are and thank them for their time.
That advice applies to the first phone call. Unless you want to meet the person who will be interviewing you this round, you can stop now.
