Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

I try to just be genuine and confidently tell them the qualities that I will bring to their company if and when I am hired. I don't really tailor it to each company because I know what my best qualities are and no matter where I go, I know those qualities will be an asset.
Doing research on the company and the role is important, show them that you are keeping in mind the audience you are talking to. I have also gotten caught up in it just being an interview about me, that I forget to add in the details that are specific to them. One thing I do try to have is a lot of scenarios I can pull from, that helps me to not make it a scripted response.
I believe doing some research on a company you're applying to, and being able to address things in a way that relates to their circumstances, can count for a lot. It's good to sound like a capable person. But a capable person who can do what they need is just much better positioning.
