I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

You should apply for senior roles. The promotion to senior is mainly based on tenure at the big 4s except pwc where 3 years is norm. If I was interviewing or recruiting someone with 2 years of experience but only expecting to just be a 3rd year staff, I would seriously question their capabilities.
I currently make $55k in a low COL area in northern Minnesota but want to move to Minneapolis. From what I see on Glassdoor it looks like I’d be around $62k if I stayed at my current firm but I think I’d like to go B4
I would guess in the low to mid 60k range. Currently 2nd year associate in Minneapolis at regional firm.
Yeah you would come in as staff and you would get whatever that salary range would be.
@D1 I just know that B4 firms typically bring you in one level below where you’re at in a regional firm. Anywhere else I’d surely go for a higher position...
