I work for a small PE firm with 400 M AUM. Fund AUM being 150 M. I work as the fund controller and I got a raise of 7% and a bonus of 14% . What are your thoughts - Im kinda upset since I did a lot of things for them even beyond my job duties and haven’t taken more than a 2 days off in a year. I doing feel like they value me. Its a small PE shop. My new salary is 180k with 12 years of experience based in NYC which is below average.. what are your thoughts- am i overthinking?

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
