I work in retail and I'm disabled. I have no other option than to work. I have PTO built up and whenever I have an epileptic episode, my boss refuses to use my PTO time, gets ticked off at me for having an epileptic episode and penalizes me whenever I have to make an emergency room visit. A year ago, I caught COVID and my boss made me work my whole 5-day isolation and counted it against me, even though I had my doctor's excuse. What can I do since HR won't help me?

I was just involved in a Teams meeting where it was announced that leadership is now creating a hybrid model. They clearly stated we will not be returning to the office that we left in 3/2020. I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big.
