I work in Transaction Tax at EY and I am considering a move to the Turnaround and restructuring team.
Do I have a realistic prospect of making this happen given my largely irrelevant experience?

Plus I’ve heard that the EY TaRS team hasn’t hired any Senior Advisors in their team in a while. Does anyone have any experience of this? Am I better of applying to another firm?

Director interview after super day?

Had a super day last week and I thought it went well, partner sent back a nice message to my thank you note. Trying not to read too into it, but is it normal to have an interview with another director after having already interviewed with a director (and a MD)?
