Ideas of things to do with a 6 month old? I’m on paternity leave now through spring and looking to mix up the day a bit. Walking is all good but man it’s like groundhogs day since we were pretty locked down with Omicron and the cold. Swim classes was one idea. Others? Help me get creative!

I strap my 6 month old into a carrier facing out and do chores: take out the trash, vacuum, empty the dishwasher. He loves being high up and staying in motion. You're slower than you would be otherwise so it takes up a good amount of time.

Yeah I do that a bit. She has a lot of gas so only puts up with that sometimes but that is fine. More about getting out of the house right now.

Museums, zoos, walk the mall. Do random projects around the house and let baby play with (safe) tools.

Aquariums are mesmerizing for kids. Strap her in the carrier and go for a hike. Art museums during the day when they are less crowded are good too.

Our kids liked the zoo- even when it was cold. We bundled them up in the stroller and often had the place almost to ourselves.

Hi! I’m doing some research on employee benefits (medical insurance, 401k, HSA/FSA, commuter benefits) and was hoping to connect with People specialists or HR professionals in the comp & benefits space. I’m trying to better understand any pain points or challenges you might face with utilization/enrollment. Anyone interested in connecting? Thank you!

Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out

My anxiety makes me good at my job. My incessant checking, and double checking, and analyzing has earned me praise, trust, and early promotions. Sometimes I wonder, if I were to take medication to give myself some relief, and to stop the panic attacks, would I be less productive? And then I wonder, do I value my own health so little? But I’m so validated by my performance...sad isn’t it? Hope I’m not alone.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!

Losing motivation and drive as time goes on , and I’m only 27 . Nothing I’m passionate about and money just seems like it’s ever enough ($160k total comp) . I was lucky enough to be making that much at McK while solving social problems within education , Econ dev , and public health

However , social good isn’t pleasing my soul neither is the income . I’ve switched jobs to healthcare where I’m impacting people’s physical and mental health . Still no passion / drive

I feel lost / bored :(
