First Year Associate working in Tax Law looking to stay in Corporate Setting looking for potential referrals.

I’m looking to transition from my current sales role (purely operational) to a more creative/strategic role that involves public speaking/facilitation. Have some experience in sales development (mainly business development & strategic advice to C-level), branding/marketing, facilitation (as a side-job) and working with content creators.

I have 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant. I am pretty burnt out and I would like to switch to part-time work. Do you know about any consulting company that offers part-time positions which are actually part-time (meaning you are not expected to check your email also on the days you are not working)? I'm 32 and looking to make a career change. Previously I've been in sales, sales QA and some analyst position. I want to transition into learning programming and decided the best roadmap for me would be to learn Salesforce, land an entry level admin job and develop my skills over time to transition into programming.

How realistic is it to go from no computer science degree, to getting Salesforce certs and an admin role?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.
