I just found out that a new person at work that has been with us at the hospital for about 2 months max is making more than I am by quite a bit. This person has about 19 years of retail experience and can only work 2 shifts with us. I have about 7 years of of hospital experience all at the same place and I’m able to cover any shift in our pharmacy, super user for all of our systems, trained in our PN iv room, oncology iv room and our main iv room, also RIVA system admin. I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp.
