If we see the share prices of all the major it service companies, all are down for 24/26% for past 6 months. And it's not only Indian it companies.
The IT service companies are dead I guess, and with new gcc coming up it will hurt them more.
These IT companies should rethink their strategies. It clearly visible that their head is really heavy and pyramid is not correct. And also too much non billable people (not bench) is hurting them badly.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

I have following queries-
1)With me joining a project so late, can I expect a Variable Pay in March 2023?
2)The manager told me I have flexibility to choose 2-11 shift or work in morning as everyone is flexible here. What must I do officially to get that monthly shift allowance?
