If you could have a career in anything, would it still be in IB?

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. I work for a small business, therefore I do all the on boarding paperwork/payroll. Any advice is appreciated.

Does anyone have any advice for a recent masters graduate looking to move into product marketing? My professional experience is mostly in brand, social and event marketing, but after completing grad school, I’ve realized that I’d love to get into the product side of things. Anyone dealt with early second trimester miscarriage with PGT normal embryos after FET? We transferred two AA normal embryos-- one was a blighted ovum and just lost the other early in second tri. Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. Looking for advice: I have an analyst (9 months on the job) who still doesn’t get it - repeatedly misses comments, doesn’t follow instructions, slow, etc. I have raised this to both my MDs and they seem to be adopting a “not my problem” approach when I mention it. I had advised against hiring this analyst post internship and my MD insisted that all the issues I highlighted were fixable. I have tried teaching him to no avail and frustration with him is growing. Any suggestions for how to handle?
