How much would you give to this child 😏😉😊

I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

😳 I thought I was generous and I give $50
Same!!!
We do $150 for 2 main teachers each and a bottle of wine, and $50 for 3 assistant teachers and 1 director. We have been with this daycare since my son was 10 months old old and he will turn 5 in Jan so we have been through a journey together. They have done so much for us and are the reason I can still continue working so I appreciate them.
I used to give $100 to the main teachers and $50 to the subs and then last year we did a group gift and most people gave the recommended $10 each.. imo that was way too low. I’ll be doing separate this year.
This is what we do - 100 each for the main teachers (they have 2 in his class) and 50 to the sub
I’ve heard two weeks pay before, but this will be my first year doing it. Curious on others thoughts.
It’s what everyone else is saying. Roughly $100 for main teacher (in many cases it’s the daycare owner) and something between $20-50 for others supporting them.
Our school does a pool that is distributed to the teachers and the suggested contribution is $150 per child which seems right to me
Is it normal to tip teachers for the holidays...?
