If you had a do-over for your career, would you choose to go into IB again?

I have more than seven years of experience with mixed methods social science research with a heavy emphasis on qualitative methods. I’m trying to transition into a remote UX research role, but I’m unsure about how tech professionals perceive my background and qualifications. I would love your ideas about 1.) what would make someone like me more competitive in the field and 2.) what the most appropriate roles (entry/mid/senior/manager) are for someone with my level of experience. DM’s welcome!

Any review on certificate in product management 12 weeks online course by ISB, is it good add on after spending 1.5 lacs.

Current CTC 27 experience 10 years
Current company Wipro
Target is Pm role by next year, companies like MS or product based.
Can it help me transition into such companies.

Is it possible to get from hedge fund tax into finance in anyway?

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role.
