Anyone working as Patient Recruitment Assistant?
Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I would ask for a conversation for and get the details on why the promotion didn't happen. I'd like to know the thought process behind their decisions. Depending on how that conversation goes, I would ask for a salary increase or take some time to gather data so I can show why.
I wouldn't ask, but I would start looking somewhere else. If you expect to receive a promotion, it means you have been doing more and have the capacity to grow. Additionally, the manager always provides us with an idea and a goal to strive for in order to advance. Did you get anything like that from your manager?
It would be a last-ditch effort for me. I guess it would matter, too, why I was expecting a promotion. If there were conversations before or just myself thinking I needed one, which I think we all 100% do, but hard to say if there isn’t talk surrounding it.
If you can justify a raise then there is never any harm in asking for one. The answer is always no if you never ask. I say go for it.
Yes I would ask for the raise. However, I wouldn’t expect to get it. If I was denied the raise, I would continue doing my job while looking for another place to work.
